Management Tim Kolb Managing Director, Sapphire Design Timothy J. Kolb is the Managing Director of Sapphire Design and has served in that position since January of 2005. As the Managing Director, Tim is responsible for the day-to-day operations, growth, and financial performance of all Sapphire Design offices in the United States. Tim has been with Sapphire Design for over five years and prior to his current role he held the position of Branch Manager. Tim has over 20 years of experience in management and in the staffing industry. Tim is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, New York where he oversees a management team located across the United States. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Economics and Political Science from the University of New York at Potsdam in 1977.
